The Prima Josephine is an oval building of 445*350.
The package contains 2 double glazed casement windows (PE44T), 2 double glazed fixed windows (PJ07T) and a double glazed double door (PE45T). Windows and doors are delivered with original cross bars, inclusive of glass and chrome metalwork.
The oval pyramid shaped roof comes in a DIY construction kit with rafters, roof elements and shingles. Click here for your choice of shingle colours. Also included is a metal cap and two toppings of either a brass bulb, a chrome bulb, a witch on a broom stick or a weathercock.
The floor package consists of impregnated joists, 19mm impregnated T&G floor boards and skirting.
