This is one of two luxury garden houses, measuring 350cm across,
which offer you comfort and are spacious enough to spend an evening with friends
or to serve as a studio or garden office.
The roof comes in a DIY construction kit with rafters, roof elements and
shingles in a choice of colours.
A thatched roof has to be laid on site by local professional thatcher.
The package contains 2 casement windows (PE27) and a double arched door (PE28). Also included are a metal cap and either a brass bulb, a witch on a broom stick or black metal weathercock - your choice.
Windows and door are delivered with original crossbars, inclusive of glass and brass metalwork.
For a building that can be thatched, our recommendation is to buy the shingled version, thus making the building water tight and to contact a local thatcher to complete the building in his own time.
