Due to their pentagonal shape the Fifth Avenue series of summerhouses are ideal for a corner position in the garden. A variety of sizes from 180*180cm up to 360*540cm offer unlimited applications, from additional storage or changing room for your swimming pool through to workshops, garden office or even comfortable guest room.
As a standard, the communication wall will be supplied up to a height of the external walls.
If no communication wall is required,
short wall elements of approximately 10-15cm have to be placed on both sides.
The communication wall is a double wall.
At additional charge a window or door can be placed in the communicating wall.
Or you can create an opening yourself, e.g. an arch.
All models can be delivered in reverse and must be specified when ordering.
All the houses in this series come with 4 ready to use roof elements, covered with
shingles in a choice of colours.
The package contains two top hung arched windows, (PR26) a double arched door (PR30) and a closed door (DD01). The windows and door are delivered with original cross bars, inclusive of glass and chrome metalwork. Also included are a metal cap and either a brass bulb, a witch on a broom stick or black metal weathercock - your choice.
