The Lugarde Prima Excellent ( Plans ) package contains 2 casement windows (PE13) and a double arched door (PE15).
All the houses in this series come with doors and windows pre-hung in their frames, fitted with real glass, original cross bars and a choice of chrome or brass metalwork. They also come with pressure treated foundation beams. The roof is delivered in eight panels which are either thatched or covered in shingles in a choice of (colours), a metal cap with either a brass bulb, a witch on a broom stick or black metal weathercock - your choice. The floor package consists of pressure treated joists, 19mm T&G floor boards and skirting.
