Step One - The building

Check the orientation of the building. 
The "width" is the peaked side of the roof.

Step Three - Doors and Windows

Firstly follow this link to pick units from the range of styles available.

If the image of the doors and windows is small and completely fits the window making it unreadable, you have to have  "Enable Automatic Image Resizing" set on. Go to "Tools", "Internet Options", "Advanced", "Multimedia" and remove the X from the "Enable Automatic Image Resizing". Re-click the link and the new image will be large enough to read.  
Double glazed units have a code ending in "T".

Secondly look up the prices of the doors and windows in the table below.
