Cool Rooms air conditioning makes your environment a better place to be. The unit is a slim wall mounted cooling and heating system that can be remote controlled. It has no external pipe work and is compact and self-contained but requires to be installed internally against an external facing wall.

Cool Rooms climate control air conditioning system utilises the latest heat pump technology to deliver 12000 BTU’s of cooling or heating. It is totally self-contained, which means no unsightly pipe work inside or out, and with a full guarantee you need never again be too hot or too cold.

The unit has been classified under the European Energy Standards and awarded an 'A' rating for energy efficiency. The unit has a cooling rate of 3.5kW and uses 1.35kW of energy to produce 3.7kW of heating., it also operates really quietly too.

Installation
The Cool Rooms climate control unit is quickly installed by a competent tradesman or DIY'er. The unit must be mounted internally against an external facing wall. There are various ways the unit can be mounted, full instructions are included with the air conditioner unit.
A core drill is required to make the hole for the unit to vent to, this can be hired from any hire shop. As standard the unit is floor standing, however wall brackets can be supplied at an additional cost of £20 + VAT to enable the unit to be mounted at a higher level.

How To Buy
Before buying the unit, we need to ask you a couple of questions:
1.. Do you have an external wall the unit can fit to?
2.. How big is your room? The unit will heat or cool a room up to 30m2, if the room is larger than this you will need more than one unit.

Cool Rooms Delivery Policy
The unit will be delivered within 7 days of purchase. We'll deliver the unit to anywhere in mainland UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland). Please call us before purchasing if you'd like delivery elsewhere.
Delivery will be by UK courier.

Cool Rooms Cancellation Policy
We will accept unopened returns within 14 days of purchase. A full refund will be given. If a unit is defective within the first 30 days, please return the unit and we'll replace it with a new one. The unit is guaranteed for 1 year, if it fails for any reason, please return the unit to us and we'll either repair it or replace it. We'll aim to turn around any repair within 3 days but under some circumstances, it may take longer. Our units are of extremely high quality and we aim to provide a high quality service to match.

If you report a fault, we'll dispatch an engineer to you within 3 days and they will either repair or replace the unit as quickly as possible.
