At the larger end of the scale at 5.5m x 6m is the Lugarde Madrid pictured on the right. Ideally suited for holiday sites and a guest block this has two bedrooms and a bathroom as well the main kitchen/living room.

Costs of heating can be kept down by having double glazed windows and doors, by installing under floor and roof insulation. We can also supply a CoolRooms air conditioning unit.
An electric ring main can be added under the floors to run your equipment and lighting added to suit your needs. In the larger buildings it is possible to fit a kitchen, toilets, shower or a bath.
